Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of identity.sdee3.com and any other website or application operated by Stefan Djokic (SDEE3) under the *.sdee3.com domain (collectively, the “Services”), including Astro Mate, AI Debates, Virgo, Portfolio, and future SDEE3 apps that share the same sign-in and credits system. By signing in with your Google account or using any feature of the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account or use the general features of the Services. Some features impose a higher minimum age — for example, Astro Mate’s dating and matching features require you to be at least 18 years old. By using the Services you represent and warrant that you meet the applicable minimum age and that you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement. We do not knowingly allow anyone below the applicable minimum age to use the Services and will remove such accounts when we become aware of them.

2. Your Account

  • Google sign-in only. You create and access your account by signing in with your Google account through Clerk on identity.sdee3.com. We do not offer email-and-password registration. You are responsible for the security of your Google account and for all activity that occurs under your SDEE3 account.
  • One SDEE3 account may be used across all *.sdee3.com apps that share our identity hub. Activity in one app is tied to the same account and the same Convex user record.
  • You must provide accurate information where the Services require it (for example, birth data in Astro Mate). Outputs are only as accurate as the data you provide.
  • Authentication is provided by Clerk using Google OAuth and is routed through identity.sdee3.com. Your user and app data is stored in Convex. You agree to comply with Clerk’s terms and Google’s terms that apply when you use Google sign-in.
  • You may delete your account at any time. See our Privacy Policy for how to do so.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
  • Misrepresent your age, identity, or any data you submit (including birth data, profile details, or debate topics presented as factual).
  • Harass, threaten, demean, stalk, or otherwise harm another user, including in messages, discussions, or public content.
  • Send unsolicited sexual, abusive, hateful, or promotional content, or otherwise spam other users.
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or enter another person’s data without their consent.
  • Attempt to access another user’s account or data, or reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Services.
  • Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Services or to collect data from them, except through interfaces we explicitly provide.
  • Upload or generate content that infringes the intellectual property or privacy rights of others, or that violates applicable content policies of AI providers we use.
  • Use AI features to generate illegal content, malware instructions, non-consensual intimate imagery, or content that exploits minors.

We may suspend, lock, hide, or ban accounts, content, or conversations that violate these Terms. See Section 10 for our moderation and enforcement practices.

4. App-Specific Terms

4.1 Astro Mate — dating and astrology

  • We do not conduct criminal background checks, identity verification, or screening of users. Anyone using dating features is a stranger to you, and you are solely responsible for your own safety.
  • Astrological and synastry content is provided for entertainment and self-reflection only. We do not guarantee any match, message, date, or relationship, and we do not warrant the accuracy or usefulness of any compatibility score.
  • Messages and public posts may be reviewed by moderators if reported or auto-flagged.

4.2 AI Debates and Virgo — AI-generated content

  • AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or inappropriate. You are responsible for how you use them.
  • Debates and tarot readings are for entertainment and exploration, not professional, medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice.
  • Do not rely on AI outputs for decisions that could harm you or others.
  • Public debates may be visible to others when you enable public visibility.

5. User-Generated Content

  • You retain ownership of the content you submit (such as bios, messages, debate topics, and discussion posts).
  • You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, process, and transmit that content solely to operate the Services (including showing public profiles, delivering messages, running AI features on your prompts, and reviewing flagged content for moderation).
  • You represent that you have the rights to submit the content you submit and that it does not violate these Terms or any law.
  • We may remove or hide any content that we believe violates these Terms or our community standards, and we may terminate accounts for serious or repeated violations.

6. Credits and Payments

Some actions in the Services consume credits. Credits are purchased on identity.sdee3.com through Stripe and may be used across participating SDEE3 apps. By purchasing credits you agree that:

  • Prices, credit costs per action, and available packs are shown in the UI at the time of purchase and may change for future purchases.
  • Credits are a limited license to use paid features of the Services. They have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are not legal tender.
  • Except where required by applicable law, all credit purchases are final and non-refundable once credits are added to your account.
  • We may change, suspend, or discontinue the credit system or any paid feature. If we discontinue the Services entirely, we will handle unused paid credits in a reasonable manner consistent with applicable law.
  • You are responsible for any credit cost you confirm in the UI before an action runs.

7. Intellectual Property

The Services — including their names, logos, source code, designs, and non-user content — are owned by the operator and its licensors, except for content you and other users submit. Third-party components (such as ephemeris data, AI models, and open-source libraries) remain subject to their own licenses; nothing in these Terms grants you rights under those licenses beyond what those licenses already provide.

8. Third-Party Services

The Services depend on Google (account sign-in), Clerk (authentication and session management), Convex (database and backend where we store your user and app data), Stripe (payments), and AI model providers (for AI features). Your use is also subject to those providers’ terms. We are not responsible for the practices of third parties, and you should review their terms as needed.

9. No Professional Advice

Astrology, tarot, compatibility scores, and AI-generated text are provided for entertainment and self-reflection only. They are not professional medical, psychological, financial, legal, or relationship advice. Always seek qualified professionals for decisions that affect your health, safety, finances, or legal rights.

10. Moderation and Enforcement

  • We may automatically flag content, accept reports from users, ban users, and remove or hide content.
  • Our moderators may review flagged content and reporter notes. See our Privacy Policy for what is retained.
  • We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason we consider appropriate to protect the Services or their users.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY OUTPUT (ASTROLOGICAL, AI-GENERATED, OR OTHERWISE) WILL BE ACCURATE OR MEANINGFUL. THE SERVICES ARE HOBBY PROJECTS OFFERED WITHOUT COMMERCIAL WARRANTIES.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL THE OPERATOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE PAST TWELVE (12) MONTHS, OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold the operator harmless from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your content, your use of the Services, your interaction with other users (including offline meetings arranged through dating features), or your violation of these Terms.

14. Termination

You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice. On termination, the licenses you granted to us in Section 5 end, except that we may retain your content as needed to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce these Terms, and as described in our Privacy Policy.

15. Governing Law; Disputes

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or to the Services will be governed by the laws of the operator’s country of residence, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You and the operator agree to try in good faith to resolve any dispute informally first, by contacting privacy@sdee3.com. If we cannot resolve it within 30 days, either party may bring a claim in the courts of the operator’s country of residence, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify you in the affected Services. Your continued use of any SDEE3 Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
